"The day was very interesting and I was able to learn a lot. I think that even for a more seasoned researcher, the day would be worthwhile. Francesca was engaging and explained what can sometimes be rather daunting tasks in a very simple way using examples and her own experiences."
- Tom Hughes, Lumina Search

"Extremely helpful and informative. Perfect for those starting out in executive search. I thought Francesca was brilliant and very interesting and really spent time getting to know each individual and catering specifically for their needs. Enjoyed the mix of lecture style learning, group interaction, role plays and Q&A."

She has been delivering these workshops for a number of years and the feedback from the attendees has been excellent:

"I found Francesca to be very approachable and although someone who is clearly a very capable consultant, she made sure to address the concerns of a researcher, explaining that this is what she enjoys and has honed throughout her 14 years.  Her tips about time management, conversing with and approaching people, and on the ethics employed in the Search industry were very useful.  There was just the right amount of participation and presentation and it was useful to have the slides in front of us as a booklet.  I felt the course was highly valuable as it encouraged peer to peer discussion, advising one another and gave relatively junior researchers a support network."
