Nancy Garrison Jenn

Nancy Garrison Jenn is the global authority on headhunters, and an author, consultant and well known speaker on the executive search profession.

She is an advisor to private equity, sovereign wealth fund and corporate clients on executive search strategy and best practice in partnering with Search firms. She is an expert on best headhunters in emerging markets (Brazil, China, India, Mideast, Africa), and an advisor/coach to senior executives on networking with headhunters for senior non exec roles. She wrote the classic “Headhunters and How to Use Them” and “The Global 200”, and lectures at INSEAD and LBS on networking with headhunters.

She also runs a global HR networking group in London – with a focus on best practice in the recruitment of top talent and the successful integration of digital talent.

Mrs Garrison Jenn has American French nationality and has a Masters Degree in Management from Yale University. She previously had a 20 year career in international marketing with Gillette, Revlon, LVMH and Warner Communications, and has worked in the US, Brasil, France, Kenya and South Africa.

Lois began her career in technology as a Systems Analyst at the Ministry of Education in British Columbia, Canada, where she championed the early adoption of videoconference technology and drove its growth as an accepted method of connecting people effectively for education, justice and healthcare uses across the Province.

She moved to London from the west coast of Canada in 2009, and now helps people how to get the most out of FileFinder and the Internet in her role as UK/EMEA Partnership Manager for Dillistone Systems.

Alex graduated from Swansea University in 1995 with a degree in psychology and is a PRINCE 2 qualified practitioner. In 1995 Alex joined Mallinckrodt Veterinary working in quality control. In 1997 he moved to Responseability, a company that manages aspects of the recruitment process for clients, starting in administration before progressing into an account management role. Alex started at Dillistone in 1999 in a training/consultancy position prior to becoming the UK and then Global Projects Manager, being ultimately responsible for the implementation of all products and services to both new and existing clients. 

Currently, Alex James is a Director at Dillistone Systems; departments under his responsibility are software development and technical integration.

Francesca Lahiguera

Francesca Lahiguera is specialised in cross-border executive search. She advises young and established technology companies, as well as social enterprises and foundations, on their most critical hires. An independent consultant, she works with Lancor, a London-based search firm focused on private equity owners and their portfolio companies and with Oxford HR, which serves not-for-profit organisations exclusively.

Francesca started her search career as a principal with the technology practice of Heidrick & Struggles in Paris. She began working with the social sector in London, specialising in leadership roles in social investment and engaged philanthropy. Prior to her search career, Francesca spent 12 years in the software business in both corporate marketing and field sales positions in enterprise technology, based in Boston, Munich and Paris.

Francesca is an American/French national who has lived and worked in the U.S, France, Germany and the UK. She is fluent in English and French and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in communications from Boston University.

Paul joined Voyager Software in 1999 with a degree in Physics having previously worked for the Police Scientific Development Branch. After managing the Support & Customer Service teams, Paul took the role of Director of Operations in 2002. Paul has championed Voyager's next generation products, including the highly successful Mid-Office package. Over the years he has expanded the Voyager portfolio taking the company into new markets - allowing him and his team to deploy the Voyager product suite to hundreds of recruitment agencies and outsourcing payroll bureaus since he joined the company. He is now a qualified GDPR Practitioner. Paul lives in Hampshire with his wife and young child.

Simon Mullins

Simon Mullins has been a recruiter and recruiting leader for almost his entire career. He even started a recruiting agency while a student at university. He has lived and worked in Europe, Asia and the US (on both coasts), in startups and at a Fortune 50 company. 

He has managed executive search from 'the outside' as a Partner at Korn/Ferry International and has led one of the most advanced internal corporate executive search functions and a large mainstream staffing group, at Microsoft. 

After beginning his recruiting career in London, Simon moved to Hong Kong to recruit for clients in the technology industry. He joined Korn/Ferry in Boston and spent 7 years there and in Silicon Valley. 

In 2004, he joined Microsoft's Executive Recruiting Team, which he led from 2006 to 2012, eventually becoming Senior Director. The team became highly integrated with Microsoft's succession planning process and was responsible for all of the external hiring of the company's most impactful executives - including Board Directors. 

In 2013, Simon was asked to become Senior Director of Staffing of Microsoft's largest experienced Staffing team, serving the Applications and Services Group. In 2014, he joined ESIX: Executive Search Information Exchange. 

Simon is a frequent speaker at industry forums and was an ESIX Advisory Board member from 2007 to 2012. 

He holds an honors degree in economics and public administration from the University of London.

Carol has over twenty two years international search experience working on senior level assignments across all sectors but primarily in the Industrial/Natural Resources and Consumer sectors.  She also has significant experience in emerging market searches.  A qualified information professional, Carol’s earlier career was in investment banking and with a leading professional services firm.

Adam Rasmusson

Adam Rasmusson is the Director of Global Technology for DHR International, headquartered in Chicago. For the past two years, he has led strategic and tactical planning for the global technology function.

Adam has more than twelve years of experience in systems implementation, technology business management, and technology strategic planning. His areas of interest include IT strategy and continuous improvement, process improvement, performance dashboards and metrics, and information security and risk management.

Prior to DHR, Adam was a manager of IT Performance at United Airlines, where he designed key metrics and performance reporting for executive leadership. Additionally, his team executed Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement projects. 

Adam is a member of the CompTIA Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP). He holds a BS in Print Marketing from Western Michigan University and a MS in Information Technology from Northwestern University.

Jon is a member of PwC’s global  financial services leadership team, based in the London office with responsibility for the people strategy for approximately 50,000 global financial services specialists. Jon is also the market leader of PwC’s global Financial Services HR Consulting practice, supporting organisations on their people challenges. 

Jon has worked for PwC for 30 years, working exclusively with financial services firms on their people challenges. He has extensive experience in advising on all aspects of motivation and pay including roles, responsibilities, performance management and remuneration across the banking, insurance and investment management sectors. 

Both in his internal and client facing roles, Jon is passionate about improving the diversity and inclusion of the workplace. He leads PwC’s diversity and inclusion thought leadership and research and in his role as the UK Diversity and Inclusion Market Leader, works with many financial services firms on their inclusion issues.

Prior to joining BlackRock in 2014, Elizabeth co-founded AMC Executive Search, an executive search boutique focused on Asset Management. Prior she worked for J Robert Scott, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fidelity Investments. Over the course of her career,she has also held research positions with firms including Sheffield Haworth and The Omerta Group.

Celeste Whatley

Celeste Whatley is currently Chief Executive Officer for TRANSEARCH International. She joined the firm in 2000 and oversees the implementation for all strategic initiatives. She focuses strongly on marketing including communication, brand development and public relations. She also handles the group technology infrastructure while executing the quality management system across the group. 

Prior to joining TRANSEARCH, Celeste managed CGU Africa's e-business department and call centre. She joined Commercial Union as HRD Manager following several years as a management consultant specialising in competency based training and development. 

Celeste has several insurance qualifications and degrees in Political Science, Labour Relations and Anthropology. She is based in London.
